  • What did you do before coming to WGRL?

I have been a corporate trainer, a police officer, a risk management investigator, a 911 emergency communications supervisor, a high school math teacher, and a school media specialist.

  • What’s your favorite part of working at the library?

Helping patrons find that perfect book.

  • What’s one of your favorite books and movies?

One of my favorite books is Murder with Peacocks by Donna Andrews. One of my favorite movies is National Treasure.

  • If you could have dinner with three people, living or dead, who would they be?

Agatha Christie, Elizabeth Peters, and Janet Evanovich

  •  What do you like to do when you’re not at the library?

Read cozy mysteries, do counted cross-stitch, watch Georgia Tech football and Atlanta Braves baseball

  • What are you reading/listening to now?

I’m listening to Elizabeth Peters’ Amelia Peabody Emerson mystery series on my daily commute. Most of my reading these days is centered around my course work from Valdosta State where I am in the second semester of obtaining my MLIS.
